Copyright Ownership

I retain full copyright and ownership of all images I create. This means that even after you purchase or receive images, you are granted a license to use them for the purposes agreed in your contract or correspondence—such as personal use, promotion, or specific commercial use.

You do not acquire ownership of the copyright itself, unless a separate written agreement transferring copyright has been made and signed by both parties.

What You Can Do

With the license you receive, you are typically permitted to:

• Share the images on your personal or business social media channels (with credit where possible).

• Display the images on your website for promotional purposes (if included in your license).

• Print copies for personal use or agreed business use.

If you are unsure whether your intended use is covered, please get in touch before publishing or distributing any images.

What You Cannot Do

Unless you have written permission, you may not:

• Sell, license, or redistribute any of my images to third parties.

• Alter, edit, or manipulate the images in a way that could harm the integrity of my work or misrepresent the event or subject.

• Use images in competitions or publications without prior approval.
